Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Cassava Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 3/4 cups of Milk
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Butter melted or Coconut Oil
Sugar syrup for serving
Method
1. In a large bowl sift Cassava flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add milk, eggs and melted butter until there are no vissble lumps. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
3. In a large pan, melt some butter or oil and pour 1/4 of batter to it and once it starts to bubble, flip an additional minute on the other side.
4. Repeat the process.
