Cassava Chocolate chip Cookies recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Cassava Flour
1/2 cup Butter or Ghee (room temperature)
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

1. In a large mixing bowl with a beater, butter and sugar mix together for 1 minute.
2. When crumbly dough forms, add an egg and mix well.
3. Add Cassava flour and other ingredients and mix well except chocolate chips.
4. When dough formed, add chocolate chips.
5. Then refregirate dough for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 190 degree celsius.
7. Use your hand to roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and lightly flatten each ball of dough on the parchment paper.
8. Bake at 8-10 minutes until slightly brown in color.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
